Leveling
Our Iowa Precision multi-cut blanking line produces leveled sheet and blanks with exceptionally tight tolerances. Equipped with a 6-roll straightener, the line is capable of processing steel up to .120” thick and 72” wide.
Additionally, with our in-line Herr-Voss Corrective Leveler you wil receive flat, memory free sheets and blanks ready for reliable forming and fabricating.

Shearing
Our Wysong shears deliver exceptional accuracy and versatility for all your steel shearing needs. Our 12′ shear can handle high strength grades up to .500″, ensuring robust performance on tougher materials. Our 10′ shear utilizes a precision CNC backgauge to support narrower applications down to 3″ wide with a gauge range of .015″ to .250″.
